Jeetway Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and Jeetway ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing or using any part of the Jeetway platform — including the website at jeetway.xyz, the Jeetway mobile app, or any game or service offered by Jeetway — you confirm that you have read these Terms, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them.

If you are registering on behalf of another person, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms. Jeetway reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify registered players of material changes via email or in-platform notification.

2. Eligibility

To register and use Jeetway, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Jeetway does not permit underage gambling under any circumstances.
• You must be accessing Jeetway from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a Jeetway employee.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the Jeetway platform.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.

Jeetway reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to request supporting documentation. If you do not meet these requirements, you must not register or use the platform. Any account found to be in breach of eligibility requirements will be closed and balances may be forfeited.

3. Account Registration

Each player may hold only one Jeetway account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different payment methods — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, all accounts will be closed and any balances may be forfeited without notice.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your real name, date of birth, and a valid contact method. You are responsible for keeping your account information current. Providing false information during registration is grounds for immediate account closure.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Jeetway login credentials. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact Jeetway support immediately at [email protected].

Jeetway will never ask for your password via live chat, email, or any other channel. Any communication claiming to be from Jeetway that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team.

4. Deposits and Payments

All transactions on Jeetway are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Jeetway supports deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Deposits are credited to your Jeetway account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. These limits may vary by payment method and may be adjusted by Jeetway at any time. Jeetway does not charge fees on deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own charges.

All funds deposited into your Jeetway account must come from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted. If a third-party deposit is detected, the funds will be returned and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests on Jeetway are processed within two minutes on average, subject to identity verification being complete. Withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise agreed with our support team.

Before your first withdrawal, Jeetway requires identity verification. You will be asked to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and proof of your payment method. This is a standard Know Your Customer (KYC) process required to protect players and prevent fraud. Verification is typically completed within 24 hours.

Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed at the time of the request. Jeetway reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks on any withdrawal request, particularly for large amounts. In such cases, processing may take longer than the standard two-minute window.

Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements described in Section 6. Only real-money balances that have met all applicable wagering requirements are eligible for withdrawal.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

Jeetway offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered. The general rules below apply to all Jeetway bonuses unless stated otherwise.

• Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times (wagering requirement) before they can be withdrawn.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless Jeetway explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are met.
• Jeetway reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or manipulate bonus terms — including through the use of multiple accounts or coordinated betting — will result in the bonus being voided and the account being suspended.
• Bonuses are available to players in Bangladesh only and may not be available in all regions.

7. Game Rules and Fairness

All games available on Jeetway — including Tower, Limbo, Nine, Money Wheel, Color Prediction, Monkey King, and all sports betting markets — operate under their own specific rules. These rules are displayed within each game or betting market and form part of these Terms.

Every game on Jeetway uses a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) to determine outcomes. The RNG is independently tested and certified to ensure that all results are genuinely random and not influenced by any external factor, including previous results or bet sizes.

Published Return to Player (RTP) figures for all Jeetway games are independently verified. These figures represent the theoretical long-term return and do not guarantee any specific outcome in any individual session.

In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or system error during a game round, Jeetway will resolve the situation in accordance with the specific game rules. Where a round cannot be completed due to a technical issue, bets will generally be returned to the player's account. Jeetway's decision on disputed game outcomes is final.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Jeetway platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension and may result in legal action:

• Creating more than one account on Jeetway.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in any Jeetway game or system.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal activity or using Jeetway for money laundering purposes.
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute any legitimate transaction made on Jeetway.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing Jeetway staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.

Jeetway monitors all account activity and uses automated systems to detect prohibited conduct. If prohibited conduct is detected, Jeetway reserves the right to void all bets, close the account, and withhold any balance pending investigation.

9. Account Suspension and Closure

Jeetway reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated by the player.
• At the player's own request for self-exclusion.
• Inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.

If your account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited. If your account is closed for any other reason, your real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

10. Responsible Gaming

Jeetway is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of opportunity. Jeetway is not responsible for any losses arising from technical faults, internet connectivity issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms limits Jeetway's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

13. Changes to Terms

Jeetway reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify registered players via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of the Jeetway platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you must stop using the platform and contact us to close your account.
