No. Each player is allowed only one Jeetway account. Creating multiple accounts is a violation of Jeetway's terms and conditions and may result in all accounts being permanently suspended and balances forfeited. If you have forgotten your login details, use the password reset option on the login page rather than creating a new account.

Go to the Jeetway login page and click "Forgot Password". Enter the mobile number linked to your account and you will receive an OTP. Enter the OTP, then set a new password. You can update most account details — including your display name and email address — from the Account Settings section after logging in. To change your registered mobile number, you will need to contact Jeetway support directly, as this requires identity verification to protect your account from unauthorised changes.

If you wish to close your Jeetway account, please email [email protected] from your registered email address with the subject line "Account Closure Request". Before closing, make sure to withdraw any remaining balance. Account closures are processed within 48 hours.
